Terms of service

1. What Traman is
Traman is a service for volleyball trainers to write drills, compose them into trainings, and run them in the gym. An account is a club, or a personal club of one for a coach working alone. A club's owner is responsible for who they invite.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you write. A published drill belongs to the club it was published in, and stays there if you leave. A draft is yours until you publish it. When you leave a club you decide, draft by draft, whether to publish or delete it; if a club removes you, your drafts there are kept six months in case you come back, then deleted.
3. Improving Traman
Our licence: published drill content and diagrams may be used to improve Traman, including to train models. Session ratings, coach notes, member names and email addresses are not part of this and are never used for it.
A club owner can turn this off at any time in settings, and it stops from that day.
4. Payment
AI access is a subscription per club, billed monthly through Stripe. Cancelling stops the next charge. Nothing else in the account is locked when a subscription ends.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no scraping, and no attempts to reach another club's data.
6. Availability and liability
Traman is provided as-is and may be unavailable from time to time. Liability is limited to what was paid in the previous twelve months.
7. Ending the account
You can delete your account yourself, from your account page, once you have left every club — and a club's owner can delete the club. Both delete everything stored about you or the club, immediately and for good. Traman may close accounts that break these terms.
8. Operator
Traman is operated by Filip Delperdange, Belgium. Write to traman@delperdange.eu.
9. Changes
Updates to these terms are dated at the top of this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
