What is stored

Your name, email address and password digest; your club's data — drills, plans, trainings and sessions; a session record and its IP address for sign-in; and, for anyone connecting an AI client, an OAuth token.

Why

To run the service. Drill content is also used under the licence in the terms, to improve Traman.

Who sees it

Your club's members see what you publish. Stripe sees billing details. Resend delivers email on our behalf. Nobody else.

How long

Until the account or the club is deleted. A draft left behind by a member a club removed is kept six months, then deleted.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data at any time, and delete your account yourself from your account page. That deletes everything stored about you.
